Authentication

Authentication is the process whereby a user of this website has their membership identity verified.

To become a member a visitor is required to either register or give approval for their name and email to be registered with LISN.

 

There are three ways a registered member can authenticate who they are on this site.

  1. By selecting a secure access token. The LISN access token alleviates the need to remember or use a password. This happens automatically when you are loaded as part of an organizational group, but you can choose to request a secure access token here.
  2. By logging in using your membership username and password.
  3. By authenticating using a social profile such as Facebook or Google +

LISN recommends using a secure access token, because it is the simplest to use, and allows you to be taken direct to your preferred LISN group.
