Authentication is the process whereby a user of this website has their membership identity verified.
Visitors are always welcome, but have different rights to members and so cannot view groups or other members.
There are three ways a registered member can authenticate who they are on this site.
- By authenticating using a social profile such as Facebook or Google +
- By selecting a secure access token. The LISN access token alleviates the need to remember or use a password. This happens automatically when you are loaded as part of an organizational group, but you can choose to request a secure access token here.
- By logging in using your membership username and password.
LISN recommends using a social profile, because it is the simplest to use.
