The brain showing all the colors of its potential

Insight

Part 2 of 11 in the series Types of Bliss

In-sight, or Inner Sight, is an awareness of who you are.

LISN takes the approach that all humans, including you, have a unique contribution that calls to bliss through healthy body, soul and mind.

However not everyone is happy with all three aspects of life.

Being aware of your inner nature and potential allows you to grow closer to this three aspects of bliss/happiness. So LISN has been structured to help you explore, but not by travelling someone else’s path or story, instead by looking at yourself authentically by questions you may already have asked. Curiosity opens new paths.

This site will invite you to consider common questions such as what do you want, what is meaning, who are you, etc. There are no answers provided, but recent research has shown that just by asking the questions you can yourself identify and overcome life blocks.

Light bulbs come on thru questions, not statements.

LISN does not tell you which questions you should answer, nor do we attempt to supply answers for the inner journey, so there are multiple paths on this site, and you can choose as your spirit takes you.

You can start from here. This page is part of a LISN-series, below you can see the next part, click to proceed to defining your bliss!

“Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness that most frightens us. We ask ourselves, ‘Who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented, fabulous?’ Actually, who are you not to be? Your playing small does not serve the world. There is nothing enlightened about shrinking so that other people won’t feel insecure around you. We are all meant to shine, as children do. It’s not just in some of us; it’s in everyone. And as we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same. As we are liberated from our own fear, our presence automatically liberates others.”
